
Primary amyloid myelopathy constitutes an uncommon neurological disorder characterized by the accumulation of amyloid proteins in the spinal cord. This deteriorating condition typically manifests with progressive sensory disturbance in the limbs, often accompanied by ataxia. In this case report, we present a patient with primary amyloid myelopathy who presented with an unusual clinical manifestation.
The patient's initial symptoms included impaired grip strength, along with bladder dysfunction. Cerebrospinal fluid analysis revealed elevated protein levels indicative of amyloid deposits. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) demonstrated characteristic lesions in the spinal cord consistent with primary amyloid myelopathy.
The patient was treated supportive care, including physical therapy and medications to manage symptoms. Despite treatment, the patient's condition progressed steadily. This case highlights the importance of considering primary amyloid myelopathy in the differential diagnosis of patients presenting with progressive neurological symptoms, particularly those with unilateral weakness.
An Uncommon Presentation of Crohn's Disease: A Case Report
We describe a unusual case of Crohn's disease in a 35-year-old male presenting with atypical symptoms. The patient initially complained symptoms of abdominal pain, which were misdiagnosed as a common gastrointestinalcondition. Further investigation revealed crohn's disease. The patient received standard treatment for Crohn's disease, including immunomodulators. The response to treatment was favorable.

Presentation
A male/female patient presented to the clinic with a chief complaint/history of symptoms/presenting concern of progressive shortness of breath, cough/dyspnea/respiratory distress. The patient reported a gradual/sudden/insidious onset of symptoms/complaints/manifestations, worsening over the past few months/year/decade. On physical examination, auscultation/palpation/inspection revealed decreased breath sounds in the lower/upper/bilateral lung fields.
Further/Additional/Supplementary investigations included a chest X-ray which demonstrated diffuse/patchy/interstitial opacities consistent with pulmonary fibrosis. A high-resolution computed tomography (HRCT) scan of the chest confirmed the diagnosis, revealing honeycombing/fibrotic bands/reticular opacities.
The patient underwent further tests/evaluation/assessments to rule out other potential causes/contributing factors/underlying conditions of pulmonary fibrosis.
